Members of the "L'eau c'est la vie" ("Water is Life") collective filed 255 new complaints with the Pointe-à-Pitre public prosecutor's office on Friday for "endangering the lives of others", an AFP journalist observed. Guadeloupe has been facing a water management crisis for years.
